Scientific Record
Selected publications
Peer-reviewed work by Jesús Gómez-Navarro, M.D., across four arcs of a thirty-year career: clinical pharmacology and precision-oncology work at Takeda, the CTLA-4 blockade and tremelimumab clinical program, adenoviral gene-therapy and targeted-delivery research, and medical-oncology training in Madrid. Every entry links to its PubMed record so it can be checked at source.
This is a selected list. The complete, author-curated bibliography is hosted by the U.S. National Library of Medicine: NCBI My Bibliography — the authoritative record. Also indexed at ORCID 0000-0003-2787-0842. Note that an unfiltered PubMed author search for "Gomez-Navarro J" also returns work by other researchers who share the surname, which is why the curated bibliography above is the one to cite.

Immuno-oncology · CTLA-4 blockade and tremelimumab
The anti-CTLA-4 clinical program.
Tremelimumab, a fully human anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody, was advanced from first-in-human through Phase 3 during this period; it was later approved as IMJUDO. The papers below span the pivotal trial, earlier Phase I/II studies across melanoma and colorectal cancer, and the translational work on mechanism, pharmacokinetics, and imaging that ran alongside them.

Why this page exists
The record is checkable.
OncAdios is a credibility and verification surface. The claim that underwrites the practice — thirty years of oncology drug development, contributions to seven anticancer approvals across FDA, EMA, PMDA, and NMPA, and a molecule advanced from first-in-human through Phase 3 — should be verifiable by someone who has never met me. The publication record is one of the places to check it.
